The Sea Dragon. An Old Pic, it has a Background XD
Not Bad Background, but i do not really like it (see Journal)
Sea Dragons are like Mantas. They use theyr "Wings" like a Manta for swimming under Water.

Don't know... old Pic, but i think about 10 - 12 Hours for all. Drawing and coloring.
